Shadow of the Tomb Raider (PC) - Rats Causes Massive FPS Drop

Today I noticed funny situation while playing in SotTR. During exploring one of the crypts, rats makes massive FPS drop on my PC. At first time I didn't know what's going on, that was weird, but then I realized it only needs to kill these small bastards and everything back to normal :). Just look at GPU and CPU usage when rats pops up and later when they are dead.
Graphic Settings : 1080p + SMAA + Highest Preset (why so? I prefer more FPS than extreme quality)
