Pet handstrip on a Bouvier Des Flandres. I am by no means a expert or a show groomer. But there's next to no instructional videos or information for a proper groom for a bouvier. Please enjoy.
The coat looks very dry and rough... wonderfull ! In France (and Belgium), our way of grooming our bouviers is different: hairs on the legs and feet are shorter, the beard is shorter too (cheeks must be flat) but i like your job ! (Excuse me if my english is not perfect 😜)
Thank you for explaining how to cut around the tuck and armpits. I never know what to do in those areas. I still struggle big time with his head/beard the most. I can see what I want, but can't seem to get it right! Now I know I definitely need a hand stripper. This was so helpful! Are you on IG?

How do you train him to be so calm when you groom him? Trying to learn how to groom my bouv now but he is a hyper 1 year old! 😅
Hes been groomed every week since he was very very young! He is a retired show dog also so he was trained to be use to handling and grooming.

Mars coat king is what I use. You can also use a comb and that works well.
