For the people who have not been, Chicago is beautiful. There are black neighborhoods and suburbs that don't have violence like in the media. But it can be sketchy if you end up in the wrong area. Here's the deal, almost everyone in the hood is affiliated through initiation, family or friends. (Ex) If you get jumped by a group of people in the 6th grade, you go to your older cousins to set the bullies straight, and from that point everyone knows which faction (gang)you belong too.. and the cycle starts. I grew up in the 90s and everyone had that part of the family that were gangsters (some more than others). But citizens usually get a pass.
We despise spineless, weak and cowardice men. Men that have to click up over truthful words, CW and Shawn, please stand strong and remain solid to each other. This is the most impactful, powerful and informative dynamic. What you guys have developed organically cannot be dismantled, the people need this righteousness and truth now matter what.
