A Beautiful Day at Disney's Castaway Cay | AquaMouse | Worlds of Marvel | Our Last Day on the Wish!

- (Part Four) In today's video it's sadly our last day aboard the Disney Wish but it's the best day because it's Castaway Cay day which is Disney's beautiful private island. We wake up and have breakfast at Marceline Market before hading down to the island. Once we made it off the ship there were so many characters out and of course we had to stop and take some pictures with them. Next it's time for our snorkeling adventure and this is Adri's very first time snorkeling and she did amazing. After some fun in the sun it's time for lunch at Cookie's Barbecue and an afternoon drink from the bar to enjoy in the sand. We head back to the ship to take advantage of short lines and less crowds. I finally have my first ride on the aqua mouse! A few hours later I decided to take Adri down to the oceaneer club to explore for the open house. After that we change into our Christmas pajamas to meet some of the characters in their holiday outfits to hopefully make a Christmas card plus we watch the broadway show of Aladdin. And then it's time for the grand finale at Worlds of Marvel for dinner and let me say this dinner experience was absolutely amazing! After that I walk around the ship a little bit more to check out the adult only area and that's where you can find cove cafe. Once I make it back to the stateroom I share some of my thoughts about this cruise and give my final review. ( I will be making a full video soon explaining more of my thoughts). The next morning it's time to disembark the ship and have our last breakfast back at Worlds of Marvel. Thank you so much for watching, if you enjoyed this video please give it a big thumbs up!

Ok… Because of a childhood fear of deep water, I have always avoided the topic of cruising but I have to admit your family trip on the Wish has me suffering from FOMO. I just need to work up the nerve to do it. Really great video though! Thank you for the honest review and as always, thanks for being you!

I am the same way, the thought of cruises scare me but dev’s videos always have me second guessing myself. I may just have to take the leap and try it out 🙈🙈🙈
@@TT-td3rj I am terrified too. So much could go wrong from storms, to crashes, to people falling or being thrown overboard. Its all just too much fear for me to be on "vacation". It's fun to watch other people risk it though.

As most of the time,too many wonderful things to highlight inthis video,so I'll choose my two favorites:@ the 2:11 timestamp,Adriana's hand-heart shadow just lightened my spirit. Ok... Thanks to your wish cruise videos. I made my husband watch it with me and he finally got convinced to book one for next year for our family of 5. We originally wanted to go to the parks but like you said in another video, as well as I did my research, is not worth it at this time, specially the wait times of the rides. One of my best memories on a vacation was snorkeling in castaway cay with my son and granddaughter.
We almost didn’t come in to catch lunch before it closed. A nice barracuda in the water reminded us to come back
to shore. Oh yeah!

Really enjoyed your cruise videos. Love to see you so relaxed and enjoying even the smallest details. I could feel the relaxation through the screen lol. I also liked to see the viewpoint of cruising with a small child and how she enjoyed the food, activities, etc.

I really enjoyed this series. We are having our first ever cruise on The Wish to break up our month long Orlando stay in April 2023, so this really put my wife and I in the mood for that experience. My only concern is being a full time wheelchair user is that all the feature dining rooms look very tight for space around the tables.

I've heard that the Wish will take the Fantasy's place, and the Treasurer will take the Wish's spot as the 3-4 night. I have also heard that the Wish will stay 3-4 and Treasure will be the 7 night out if Port Canaveral. So it's possible you may get you wish to do a 7 night on the Wish or at least on the Treasure which I immagine will have some unique touches but be very similar to the Wish.
The only thing I didn’t like about the Wish was the adult section. It was so cramped. sitting on a chair I kept getting hit by people just walking by. That didn’t happen on the Dream. The food court on deck 11 was awesome! It almost made up for the small adult section.

I saw you on Thursday at EPCOT. You were riding Guradians right before me. I didn't say hi or keep up the good work cause it didn't process in my head that it was you till my GF pointed it out.
Have tall even seen sharks in the water 💧 while snorkling or do they have a barrier to keep them out
My husband and I are going on the Very Merry.... cruise, and I was thinking of doing a matching pajama picture. I heard wearing pajamas outside your room was frowned upon. Is it different with Disney? Or because it's Christmas? It's our first cruise ever and I'm trying not to be "that person" lol. Thanks for sharing your fun with us!
Could you get a picture after the "kiss goodnight"? Since it is at midnight.... maybe there'd be less of a chance of someone thinking you were being "those people"

I keep hearing about sea lice when you go swimming on castaway. Have you had an issue with them or do you wear some kind of repellent?

Is it true that Disney ruins the eco system near the shore to place Disney structures underwater? I’ve heard some youtubers talk about this but not sure if you know/heard anything like this?
Ok so tell me the truth - will that flimsy yellow vest keep me from going under? I cant swim in deep water … I’ve snorkeled before but with heavier duty vest
*As long as it's not leaking it will! As you know salt water is quite buoyant compared with fresh water so it doesn't take too much additional flotation to keep you above water. I would certainly test it out in shallow water for leaks. I'm also not the best swimmer so don't go out too far and press my luck...*
@pcdev typically cruise lines have minor children inherit there parents cruise status after the first trip. I would check with Disney on this ASAP. @pcdev.
