I absolutely do not agree with pair programming for a learning setting. Because, it adds unnecessary pressure for a slower learner being paired with a know-it-all. Yes, I know that "on the job" one has to work on a team. However, at that stage one has enough knowledge to have attained that job. Where at the bootcamp level, they're just starting out, and the last thing they need is a know-it-all making them feel dumb.
