Love this dinner it's the way I eat now due to artery issues, but I've always have been a really good eater can go both ways heathy and not so heathy can do either one just as well Lol. I love the gifts Connie sent you I love anything that sparkles I'm a Libra my birth stone is an opal it has that same look of different sparkles of color in it. You can put a piece of salmon fresh or right from the freezer in microwave until cooked through. Then drizzle with a little butter and a sprinkle of capers. Tastes like it's from a restauraunt

In case you didn't know, wild caught salmon is much better for you than farmed. You can quickly tell the difference by looking at the color, farmed color is dull and light and has much more fat than wild caught.

Roast brussell sprouts, then make a dressing of maple syrup, Dijon mustard and balslmic vinegar!!! OMG you never eat them any other way!
