Yeah this episode is honestly disturbing me. Only way im getting through watching that terrifying man react poorly to each answer is scrolling through the comments hoping others are seeing the same. Dude is abusive. I hope she’s okay and not with him anymore.
Yea I think I saw someone else say it but I don't get this game either. As soon as you're asked a question like, you're already condemned to answering it. There's no incentive to lie. You either a) tell the truth, b) lie and get immediately called out and corrected, or c) say you don't wanna answer a question, and still pretty much answer the question in the process: like if my gf asks me "yo did you kill my hamster" and my response is "hmmm, I don't want to answer that".... Like, we'd all know what my answer is. So like, the only real "game" is deciding what tier you wanna stop at. Edit: it's still fun asf to watch these ppl answer and see their family's reactions but like, who designed this game?
@@henriquejambu exactly tho. So why would you knowingly do either? Like if you lie or refuse to answer, the truth still comes out, and you just don't get money. So even if you get the most awkward question ever and don't want the truth to be known, why ever try to lie and lose the money when the truth will inevitably be announced anyway?
Okay but all of this doesn't matter bc lie detectors are pseudoscience. There's any number of reasons why it'd tip one way or the other. Your incentive to lie is if you're good at lying.
Im like 18 minutes in and this boyfriend is honestly scaring me. As someone who has been in an abusive relationship, i would tell her to run. This man looks dangerous honestly. The way he looks at her gives me the absolutely red flag alarm bells warning warning warning. And she has 2 kids with him. 😔
SAME. His reactions make me so uncomfortable. I have to assume she’s okay (and that they are hopefully no longer together and she’s doing well), but if I saw this live, I’d be genuinely concerned for her safety. I’m having a hard time watching this wondering what happened when she was off air and he was able to confront her alone.
@@English3Muffin oh absolutely! Like there is genuine concern for her safety. It literally reminds me of my abusive ex when he would get jealous or turn nasty about something. I hope she is ok and im sure if something happened it wouldve been on the news, but honestly i dont know.
The pregnancy questions are unfair, if you’re only 2 weeks pregnant or so and don’t know it yet, lots of people drink so they might be compelled to say yes. And feeling like someone abandoned you? Hormones are crazy. At some point you think everyone is abandoning you
The show does this deliberately with so many questions- things are so broad that people end up saying "yes" to stuff that makes them look as bad as possible just based on technicalities
“It’s because I eat the same thing over and over like 20 times and then I get sick of it” This must be an ADHD thing I have the same problem. I’m running out of food to eat. 💀
My heart broke when I saw her reaction to the last question before she answered it. She was genuinely scared. I really hope she got out of that relationship alive. He looks like he wanted to beat her through most of it. I’d be worried to let her leave with him if I were there tbh.
The point of the game as a contestant is testing out how much personal and intimate guilt you can openly admit to, not only in front of the people you'd feel most guilty towards, but an audience of strangers, for a chance at a sum of money that would take you months or years to make. There is no incentive to lie, and that's the point. You're AVOIDING your guilt and shame the entire time while also being irrevocably forced to confront it. It's more appealing to watch than to participate because of the structure, lol. The ones who eagerly play are the types who think facing intense levels of guilt and shame, heightened by that audience, is "easy" or "doable", or they simply don't consider that.
I don't know if it's just me, but it always feels like they go a little harder on the women. From the ones I see, the men don't get asked as many "life damaging questions" which is typical but still annoying
Nick definitely seems like he has issues, but there's nothing wrong with talking about your SO flirting with people less. If you're in a committed relationship, it's completely okay to say "Hey, it bothers me when you flirt with other people, can you try to not do that?" The real red flag is someone hitting on other people despite knowing it upsets the person they're in a relationship with.
I think she admitted what she did with her coworker because she'd have to tell Nick eventually, might as well say everything ok the show where he can't murder her 💀
When he asked how the volume was I literally said aloud to myself alone in my room, " it's a little quiet." Then a few seconds later he said, "yeah, it's a little quiet." And I know it was the chat, but for a second I was looking around like someone was listening.
honestly if you think about them for more than 2 seconds a lot of the early questions just aren't that bad, like mark said in one of the other eps, these are all presented without context. i think most people would be glad to have their parents out their house, there's a lot more to it than just if you love them you want them to live with you.
I feel like this episode Mark really explains the risk vs reward of walking away ad they get to higher dollar amounts. Especially because she is only 22 I feel like it is important to ask her to take her time thinking
I don't think it's actually that hard to win moment of truth. I think where it does get hard is that they're asking questions that change day to day, and polygraph tests are busted. Asking Conjetta if she regrets getting back with Nick is going to totally depend on how she feels in that moment. You can have doubts but it's truly about how she feels when she's taking the polygraph test. Also, a lot of the questions rely on Nick and her mom's view of her. Yes, it's terrible that she cheated but the show is trying to hold her up to be a saint, as if she doesn't have so many factors in her life that make her flirty. Kissing somebody or wearing sexy clothing (from Nick's perspective) is really not a big deal if you have a relationship built on trust. For people who are allosexual, this just happens sometimes. You can control your behavior but if a man did the exact same thing, he wouldn't be judged as much because "men are more sexual". I've never cheated on a partner. But I think these things can be forgiven, you know? Or just being aware that Conjetta is a very flirty person and deciding whether or not to keep dating her based on that. People are just like that sometimes, and if you want a super committed relationship you need to find somebody who can do that. It seems like Conjetta doesn't want to or can't, so really Nick has to decide whether or not he's okay with that, but there's no need to slutshame her for it.
Just because cheating “happens sometimes” for allosexual people doesn’t make it right. Cheating is one of the worst things you can do in a relationship, 99% of the times it cannot (should not) be forgiven because it exhibits an innate lack of trust, which is the foundation of a relationship. This is different if you’re in a non monogamous relationship, where the rules are different, and if she’s just “naturally flirty” she can seek out a relationship that allows that side of her to thrive. But when you’ve set it up to be exclusive and then your partner violates that, that trust is never gonna be fully recovered. “That’s just the way she is” is not an excuse for shitty behavior. She is an adult. She can either control her impulses, stay single, or find a relationship that fits her desires. This is not to say that she should be slut shamed or that Nick is 100% in the right; neither is true. He seems to be overly controlling, she is allowed to wear whatever she wants. But ffs, break up with your partner if you want to sleep around/flirt. Their relationship seemed like a disaster anyways.
Llewelyn is the anglicized version of the Welsh name Llywelyn (pronounced Lou-Ellen). This name is generally a male first name and not a last name, so my guess is that the captioning got it wrong. Llywelyn the Great was a Welsh prince during the 13th century who managed to unite all of Wales against the English crown.

Wait I’m confused with it being wrong that he wouldn’t be okay with her flirting with other people? I’ve been with my bf for 5 years and neither of us flirt with anyone but each other
Dude, everyone's defending her for drinking while she's pregnant by saying it's okay to have a sip or two. clearly by her face and lack of explaining her reasoning behind it, she didn't know that. she grimaced and giggled. Just because you know its okay doesn't mean she did.
I mean he's controlling but he's essentially seeing his girlfriend who we can assume from the context, he's in a monogamous relationship with, say on television she isn't faithful to him. So its like who ever has a bad quality shown first is the bad guy and anything done to him is okay I guess?

No see I'm definitely scared for this woman after she leaves that set. I'm not even done with the episode yet but Nick seems like a very dangerous person. And I feel like the host ALSO gets that vibe. I know he stresses to every contestant they don't have to answer, but he seems to be pushing harder for her to walk away.
The other thing is they don’t know what the lie detector results were when they were asked these questions before the show.
@@sharpeningtheaxe oooooo haha especially after seeing the last question they asked her I see your point
And b and c have the same outcome: you lose all the money
“It’s because I eat the same thing over and over like 20 times and then I get sick of it”
This must be an ADHD thing I have the same problem. I’m running out of food to eat. 💀
for sure an ADHD thing because same
currently on day four of this one specific soup for dinner and lunch every day
That’s an ADHD thing? I’ve always done that lol (tryna get tested soon bc that’s far from the only possibly ADHD trait I have)
Hyperfixation on food
me who does this and also suspects that i have adhd and autism
My heart broke when I saw her reaction to the last question before she answered it. She was genuinely scared. I really hope she got out of that relationship alive. He looks like he wanted to beat her through most of it. I’d be worried to let her leave with him if I were there tbh.
I love this. I would always much rather watch him react to this show than watch the show myself.
same
The point of the game as a contestant is testing out how much personal and intimate guilt you can openly admit to, not only in front of the people you'd feel most guilty towards, but an audience of strangers, for a chance at a sum of money that would take you months or years to make. There is no incentive to lie, and that's the point. You're AVOIDING your guilt and shame the entire time while also being irrevocably forced to confront it.
It's more appealing to watch than to participate because of the structure, lol. The ones who eagerly play are the types who think facing intense levels of guilt and shame, heightened by that audience, is "easy" or "doable", or they simply don't consider that.
this is like the antithesis of a dating show
I don't know if it's just me, but it always feels like they go a little harder on the women. From the ones I see, the men don't get asked as many "life damaging questions" which is typical but still annoying
Eh, I disagree. They literally asked the doctor (or whatever) things that would ruin his entire career had he actually done it.
You should watch the one that Cody watched, he was asked some crazy life damaging questions
@Isabella B thanks. I just meant from the ones that i have already seen. I'm not gonna go do research on the show and watch every episode 😂
I don’t think the questions are harder for women but they are more focused on sex for them.
@@Sergio-wc1wn yeah, it’s a shame women are still ridiculed for consensual sex.
This felt like she used this as a really elaborate way to break up with Nick
Nick's reactions genuinely scared me throughout watching this
The fact that mark was like quit or Nick will explode
Nick definitely seems like he has issues, but there's nothing wrong with talking about your SO flirting with people less. If you're in a committed relationship, it's completely okay to say "Hey, it bothers me when you flirt with other people, can you try to not do that?" The real red flag is someone hitting on other people despite knowing it upsets the person they're in a relationship with.
Yeah he has every right to say he would prefer she didnt do it, but it also doesn't mean she has to change her behaviour
Not only flirting, she said she made out with someone while dating Nick which is cheating to me
Yeah, they’re making him out to be this demon, meanwhile she’s out here being the most. I’m siding eyeing her, big time.
Did you like how Jarvis cucked out and didn’t have a problem with that at all?
@@kristoferpaunonen9650 imagine a guy answered these questions like this
Jarvis has been feeding us so well lately
I’m glad these are posted on CZcams. There’s way too many commercials on Twitch
Bonus points for it being easier to ignore the assholes
It isn’t a Jarvis VOD without “IS THE VOLUME OKAY” while the volume is always fine.
Thats literally what everyone who streams says when reacting to something
Jarvis’s food habits are very ADHD (as someone with it) and I love it.
I think she admitted what she did with her coworker because she'd have to tell Nick eventually, might as well say everything ok the show where he can't murder her 💀
What about after the show though...
When he asked how the volume was I literally said aloud to myself alone in my room, " it's a little quiet."
Then a few seconds later he said, "yeah, it's a little quiet." And I know it was the chat, but for a second I was looking around like someone was listening.
Man this girl seems like she’s had a really tough time with her parents, can’t imagine having all that stuff aired out on tv
honestly if you think about them for more than 2 seconds a lot of the early questions just aren't that bad, like mark said in one of the other eps, these are all presented without context. i think most people would be glad to have their parents out their house, there's a lot more to it than just if you love them you want them to live with you.
put brian in the witness protection program lol
I feel like this episode Mark really explains the risk vs reward of walking away ad they get to higher dollar amounts. Especially because she is only 22 I feel like it is important to ask her to take her time thinking
“Why’s it look like he has a daft punk helmet for a head” BRUH 💀💀💀💀
10:47 them using that crowd cheer sound effect that's used on Nickelodeon all the time is killing me 😭
I don't think it's actually that hard to win moment of truth.
I mean, yes, cheating can be forgotten, but not telling your boyfriend and for him to find out on national TV sucks
@@thedestroyasystem exactly this.
I'm so addicted to this now. I'm mad that you did this to me. I genuinely released dopamine
Take a shot everytime Jarvis pauses or rewinds the same clip 💀
It’s his Video/stream just Go fucking watch the show yourself if it annoys you that much
@@mastersprogram damn💀 it's not that deep lol
I feel like she was in actual danger from that last one
Llewelyn is the anglicized version of the Welsh name Llywelyn (pronounced Lou-Ellen). This name is generally a male first name and not a last name, so my guess is that the captioning got it wrong. Llywelyn the Great was a Welsh prince during the 13th century who managed to unite all of Wales against the English crown.
I've seen Llewelyn as a surname before, it's a thing.
The "oh, no" after almost every question is so fucking relatable 🥴
This playlist carried me through a depressive episode at work. Bless you Jarvis 👏🏾
And thank you for turning on closed captions! Helps me focus so much, really improves the video for me. You're the best Jarvis 🥰
Yass Jarvis. Our vocal king, go off.
10:47 not the iCarly audience applause in the background 😭😭😭
Jarvis I cannot deal with you eating and talking at the same time help 😭🙏
I love when they say an answer that will upset someone, and the bot still has to say it's true or not. Like why would they lie about something that would hurt their loved ones? 😂
“why do you think thsi came up as a lie” maybe she was nervous when she took the lie detector test?
I usually can't catch these live so I love being able to watch the vods :)
Love those videos!!
I love your personality and the way you analysis thing and the youtube format fits better in my life, thanks for allowing us to have access to this content you creat on twitch!!❤️
Been loving these vods!! Always have a fun time in the chat, cant wait for the next stream!
Look, I'm with you on the "Nick sucks" train, but personally, I wouldn't want a significant other of mine making out with coworkers or flirting with other people. I don't think that those boundaries make him a bad person.
Lmao it’s the possessiveness and controlling what she wears or her non-intimate life decisions
For sure. I don't think he's a good person and I think those things are definitely wrong, I'm just saying that those particular boundaries were fair.

Yay! My roommate and I always watch these asap, love you Jarvis!
Note: Jarvis thinks it's ok to flirt with people while in a relationship cool.
Omg how will you move past this character flaw in your parasocial relationship
I actually like the host of this show. It's mainly how he goes "hey this is a lot of money, you can stop now and go home with it" and focuses on that far more than the "but you can keep going and win more"
This series is what I live for
Hearing him eat is sending me 😭😭😭
That was literally the dumbest question to lie on. The relationship is already dead. And even if you lie, the truth is given away, literally for free.
The boyfriend looks like he's been teleported to another realm, along with murder vibes.
Nick looks like every stereotype of a dangerous and angry man put into one
The way that even waiting for the first question to be confirmed, Nick's eye twitched
lmao i was watching these this morning and i was so bummed that the third one wasn’t uploaded yet
Me too. It’s been really nice to just hang out with the Jarvis community while watching old tv shows. Jarvis knows how to host a viewing party. Great mellow vibes. Perfect for unwinding after a long/rough day.
Hope you have a great holiday season. Blessed be.
she was the most likable person, why did it have to be her. the way she said no on that final answer seemed more like she said no to "i'm gonna need an answer"
Wait I’m confused with it being wrong that he wouldn’t be okay with her flirting with other people? I’ve been with my bf for 5 years and neither of us flirt with anyone but each other
He's clearly super controlling tho

Dude, everyone's defending her for drinking while she's pregnant by saying it's okay to have a sip or two. clearly by her face and lack of explaining her reasoning behind it, she didn't know that. she grimaced and giggled. Just because you know its okay doesn't mean she did.

I mean he's controlling but he's essentially seeing his girlfriend who we can assume from the context, he's in a monogamous relationship with, say on television she isn't faithful to him. So its like who ever has a bad quality shown first is the bad guy and anything done to him is okay I guess?
Jarvis more like bars-vis damn
