    Mr. Robertson, I would request if you could make a video on responsibility of an attorney towards client. Several attorneys I interviewed suggested that I sue my former lawyer as they did not complete my case and left me hanging.

    I have a case with everything you say would make a great case. In hours and wages, wrongful termination, retaliation and whistle-blower. I have proof and coworkers who witnessed every thing. Yet your office didnt even try to listen. People trust you and yet you leave out what matters to you most to take a case

      Same happen to me. They told me I have a case but they couldn't take my case at the time. They told me to keep looking for a lawyer, that I will find one to take my case. I watch his videos and I don't understand why he couldn't take my case. It is what it is. 🤷

      @@braniganrobertsonlaw I was terminated when I was a supervisor for 3 years never had a write up or verbal took 2 female problem s to hr one for sexual hass. One for hassrasment they done investigation and the employees was since home for 3 days with pay they came back and my plant manager told me that there later advice them to but they terminated me after this about 30 days after

    Fired for asserting my rights, fired for reporting employers to labor board for violating said rights, fired for resisting/reporting sexual harassment.

    I was only at my job for two weeks. They fired me because I wouldn't share my work email password with an employee that's not even an Admin.

    So basically I cant be helped. A co worker of mine was getting fired because my boss and bully bragged about firing her. While that's going on my bully gets my boss to fire me behind my back. Just because we didn't get along with the bully who been there 16 years. I go to work one day and my replacement is being trained right in front of me. Go to work later and it's my bully that tells me I'm terminated, I didn't get a phone call. I'm a security gaurd. I was taking over my bullies shift my boss wasn't there. No phone calls just my smug bully smiling as he tells me I'm fired.

    I got terminated for simply speaking up for a female co worker after a male co worker put his hands on her. Which I witnessed. I thought I was doing the right thing. But it backfired on me. This was at a casino.

      Was the casino on an Indian Reservation? Different laws apply to Reservations then apply to the rest of California.

    i was fired because i complain with the agency That hired me about my self safety when a supervisor name me "NARCOTRAFICANT " IS A BIG TIME DESCRIMINATORY AND BIG SLENDER TOWARDS MY PERSONA! WITHOUT A LEGAL OR WRITING JUSTIFICATION EXPLANING WAY OR CAUSE TO ACT JUST LIKE THEY DID . FREE SPEECH . THE COMPANY NAME IS GOOD EGGS THEY EVEN MOVE OUT OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO TO OKLAND CA COUPLE OF MOTHS AFTER MY FIRING.
