After the funeral, Wario was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor for his heroic bravery by President Richard Nixon. Waluigi was invited to the White House to gladly accept the reward on behalf of his fallen friend. A few years later, a statue of Wario was erected in his home town to honor of the fallen war hero. In history, Wario was regarded as a true patriot as someone who did absolutely anything for his country.
BREAKING NEWS: Nintendo Star Waluigi was found unconscious in his apartment this morning, after overdosing on methaphatamine. He is recovering in the hospital after his overdose, and we wish him well.
Wario knew his pilot personally. Wario had him as his first, and only pilot. Since then they'd always tried to be together in battle. Before Wario stepped onto his unknowingly last helicopter take off, Wario asked his pilot, "You ever wonder what hell looks like?" The pilot responded, saying, "I know hell like the back of my hand; for I have flown through it." Then, the Huey lifted off into battle. Wario killed 40 or 50 vietcong with the mounted machine gun on the helicopter, recounted a fellow soldier, who shared the same ride. He sat next to Wario and, while hardly knowing him, still admired his bravery. Wario was known for taking on supposedly unwinnable battles. This would be one of them. Without warning, a rocket propelled grenade flew at the tail-end of the Huey. It struck it's target and the Huey came down twirling, knocking the pilot unconcious and flinging many other soldiers about. Wario held onto that damn gun, till, "his knuckles turned white. And I knew they were white because this was one of the rare times Wario took off his gloves." He fired every last round out of that heavy machine gun. Then he jumped to his feet, firing in every which way. He killed about 50 more, says the soldier. The snarling jaws of death looked Wario in the eyes and Wario looked back. And Wario said he was ready. And then, it happened. A bullet struck right into Wario's temple. There was no exit wound, it was lodged. And Wario had died. The pilot Wario had befriended was never named in his diary, so we will never know his name.
Wario fears for his speech may reverse, his actions are unable to be put into this scenario, this wonderful scenario, the gut wrenching sight of his own blood and heart blackens his vision, his mind, destroying itself for being so close to this victory, this, feeling of glory, and beating the odds, yet, the odds were forever against him, from the separation of his friend throughout most of his life, the necessity of fighting this useless war, in a way, he was glad that he was rid of this nightmare of an existence, but alas, the last thought to crawl across his mind is that the separation of his friend would be temporarily lifted, but only for his friend to mourn, all the parties he saw him in, the racing, but the fighting, the fighting was something Wario was glad he never saw Waluigi have to do, but when the fighting was pried away to reveal the harsh reality of war... well, let's just say, while Wario didn't deserve this war, he does deserve to be immortalised in thoughts, and prayers. He left for his friend, Waluigi, a sum of 3 billion coins, and a note saying "To me, you were always Wario's #1, and I hope you see yourself in the mirror, as #1 everyday"
"War Is a hideous beast and whenever it rears its monstrous face, the worst side of humanity is on full display. Despite this, it also gives a chance for the greatest humanity has in show to shine. Wario was not a saint. He wasn't even a good guy. Regardless, the valor, bravery and radiance Wario showed in his last moments was greater than any waft he ever passed. He'll forever be remembered as a warrio who brought the values of the American people to end of the Earth. In life his one goal was to make it big, and he was able to acheive it now in his death. God Bless you, Wario, valiant hero of freedom and Super-Star™️ through and through." _-Reggie Fils-animé, 1976_
Guys, he's immortal. Wario only dies when he wants to, on his own terms. That's why he's always fighting on the frontlines: He's unstoppable. As a matter of fact, he probably walked right out of that coffin like he just got out of bed.
0:42 all of wario’s friends, even Mona and Waluigi, all came to pay their respects to Wario’s grave as he was laid to rest. There were tears, even Ashley cried as well, knowing that Wario will be peacefully resting after his sacrifice in Vietnam. Mona received an American flag as in remembrance of Wario’s patriotism and as for Waluigi,he received Wario’s fortune: 3 million coins and his last letter to Waluigi as it read: “Dear fellow wah brother,as you read this, I may not return from Vietnam alive. If I do die, I want you to know this...you were always Wario’s number 1,though I never expressed it. Even if I am gone, I want you to always see yourself as number one, sincerely,Wario”. Waluigi to this day sees himself as number one, taking heed of Wario’s last request. As for Mona, she kept the flag and had a little memorial set with the flag folded and laid down with Wario’s picture. Wario will never be forgetten and he is always and forever our number 1... 😔 Condolences to Waluigi
What’s scary is that all of these videos audio make it seem like an actual depressing movie or an actual audio from real life war.. wario is literally screaming and crying so he kills as much people as he can because he knows they will kill him if he doesn’t, but he accepts his final time to live..
The crying was from wario’s son wario jr. who became a pilot and also die in where his Blackhawk Super61 was shot down while flying rangers over the city of Mogadishu, Somali.
For some reason, I like to think the breaks in the machine gun sound effect are him picking up another gun from his dead squad mates as the one he was using runs out of ammo

What a last stand, he died in a blaze of glory, taking at least 150 vietcong soldiers with him, firing that heavy machine gun until it could fire no more, then taking an M16 and opening fire in every direction before one shot to the head took him down, on the 12th October 1967 he was credited with 150 kills, and wounded 200, but that is only the official count, chances are it is much larger R.I.P.
