- In this StreamYard tutorial I show you the easiest way to restream pre-recorded video live across multiple social media platforms.
StreamYard is a powerful livestreaming and recording studio in your browser. You can interview guests, brand your broadcasts, have multiple people on stage or share a screen and even use multi-cam, restream prerecorded video and create webinars.
Streamyard allows creators to multi-stream to platforms like CZcams, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Twitch and other RTMP feeds. It also supports chat features and on-screen overlays.

My question about using a pre-recorded video as a linkedin live, won't people want to ask questions and participate? if its pre recorded but I'm advertising it as live doesn't it change the dynamic of things if I can't reply to them in real time?
How do you navigate that issue?
Great question. You cannot reply to them live in the video, but you can join them in the chat or comments and reply in real time there. The ability is to reuse video as an event, which allows you to share a live experience with your audience who follow you somewhere else. eg. if you are a keynote speaker, but then want to package and share it as an event live later on to followers on other platforms. Live events also send push notifications differently than normal posts. And people can save to attend the event.

How to use it for 24 hr live?
It is not used in this way. You could schedule video to play at set times but there is no looping or weekly schedule. Depending on your plan you also have limited library storage.
