This resonates with me 150%, I went through my spiritual awakening 10 years ago, I have been on a rollacoaster ride ever since and it has brought me to a place where the universe is now giving me what would have been my dream job, helping the collective to understand that death isn't real through me being a medium, connecting with spirits, but I do not 100% believe in mediumship so therefore I am struggling to accept this opportunity and afraid that I may not be up to the task. it is more of a pride thing for me, believing the spirits are telling me the truth is a big thing for me to trust. I need to decide if i will put my mother into a nursing home ..Its killing me , not sure which way to go . I just know after 9 years of looking after her , i cant give her 24 hr care . Dad wants her home ..I need to do whats best for her

I too was living with my Mother. And doing an assisted living type situation. Finally she needed to much care for me give her and still hold down a full time job. She had to go to the hospital for a UTI and the social worker talked to her and she agreed to go in a nursing home. I was so relieved! I loved my Mother, but I was starting to resent giving up my life to take care of her. We feel like we owe our parents a lot, but they shouldn't expect us to give up our whole life for them. She also needs to be in a safe environment. Good luck!
