If you have really wide feet, then finding a comfortable pair of football boots can be a struggle. This of course begs the question, why doesn't anyone make football boots specifically for wide feet? Well, New Balance does, and they're pretty darn good!
In today's video we take a closer look at the 2E Wide Fit version of the New Balance 442 V2 Pro, the brand's $130 kangaroo leather option that rivals $200+ boots on quality and performance! We discuss what makes the Wide Fit version different from the standard ones, and how wide your feet actually need to be for these to be justified. Do you think more brands should make wide fit options?

Agreed I have wide toes with a narrow to normal midfoot with high arch. Pretty annoying to find a good boot that's supportive the wide ones don't hug my foot enough insoles help. I have extremely wide feet. I’ve been so stubborn to not buy wide fitting shoes because… well they don’t look as good as adidas or Nike IMO. I finally bit the bullet and bought these in wide fit and I can never go back. No matter what the cleats look like, I will always choose comfort over aesthetics. I wish I would’ve done this earlier in my career as I feel like I would’ve made it further by preventing injuries (i.e ankle sprains) and constant pain from the football boot squeezing my foot. If you have extremely wide feet- these are perfect.

Bro. Wide fitting cleats and double socks, helps with problems with blisters. Also use Vaseline on the feet prior wearing on your socks. Helps to avoid unwanted traction within your feet and sock. Preferably if you can use a thin sock and outer non slip sock, that is the perfect combo.

They stopped at Pro with half a boot of K leather and hence they remain a mid-range brand; it may work well for them. It may not be profitable to be at the high end except for the biggest brands.
