- In this video we explore a little bit more of Austin, Texas. We start our day heading out on Kayak's before walking through Zilker Park to observe the largest bat colony in North America. Finally we end up at Chuy's restaurant to eat some Tex-Mex for the first time. It was very cheesey and delicious. This is certainly not the first time that we will be having Tex-Mex here in Texas. Queso for life!

So nice to hear you appreciate Tex-Mex. For years it was considered a bastardization in the "cuisine" world being neither authentically Mexican or American. But, it's really worthy of respect. Thinking about getting a camera and will look at your recommendation for G7X Mark 2. Can I ask, about how much footage do you begin with to a finished product of 10 minutes?
We don’t really count the clips, just film whatever interests us and then piece it all together. On average, it takes around 5-7 hrs to edit one video
You most definitely need to go to Enchiladas y Mas in Austin. Their Tex-Mex is out of this world. From the beef enchiladas to the fajitas, everything is excellent.
