I'm sorry but the vast majority of players from the '90s and earlier would get smoked by the guys now. There's so many players that are crazy athletes and even 7-footers that can dribble the ball, cross-over, and throw the ball off the backboard to themselves to dunk.
You really can't compare the two eras. The 90s were more physical, and you couldn't carry the ball like you can now. The league has decided to 'clean up' the game. As a result, the game is more free flowing than it was in the 90s. Yes, some of the players now are freakish in their abilities, but the 90s had plenty of players with freakish ability.
It would be great to have the 90s back. At least then you could actually play the game. Now if you breath on someone your gonna have them shooting free throws. And don’t we all love watching free throws😊
