Really? They're European. I don't see any American style trucks. You know they're not Americans because they turn up and put water on the fire. In the USA, the trucks turn up and then they lay hoses everywhere, climb on the roof, cut holes in the roof and then watch the house burn down. Then pour some water on what's left of it.
what about the person around 3:42 mark saying they should? They thought of it but didn'st say anything. 4 minutes they could have done the right thing instead of acting all superior. They could have said would be good idea to move your car as space may be needed by emergency vehicles. So many imagine how they will react in an emergency but you really never know until you're in the situation. So car owner may have been in bit of shock or fear. Very normal reactions. I've seen so many people talk tough like they know it all and then freeze in a situation. If you are clam and know these things then help.
