    Grit Blasting Room is the larger version of a #sand_blasting_cabinet. Abrasive Blast operators work inside the sand blasting room, abrasive blasting the surfaces of the components or substrate to meet the needs of the finished product. ... Dust collector - The dust collection system is the most important component of a Shot Blasting Room.
    Dust Collector for Abrasive Blasting Room primary objective of to maintain dust free environment & facilitate health & safety of the personals in the factory area.
    Applications of Blast Room : Finishing of Metals, Transformers, Poles and many types of electrical components, Automobile Components, industrial equipments, Heavy Structures, Heat Exchangers, Boilers, Larges tank and vessels of mild steel and stainless steel.
    Blast Room system are mainly Mild Steel Fabricated, provided with undermentioned accessories:
    1. Mild Steel Blast Room Enclosure
    2. Rubber lining inside the blast room for protection from abrasive shots, steel shots, aluminum oxide, abrasive garnet 30/60 mesh, copper slag, glass beads.
    3. Main Door in Single Leaf, Two Leaves, Four Leaves for Component Entry and Exit of blasting booth.
    4. Metal helide lamp or LED for the visibility of the operator for during abrasive blasting operation.
    5. Abrasive Media Recovery System, for recycling of the steel shots, steel grit.
    6. Bucket Elevator and Media Separator System for transferring the Media from Recovery system to Media Separator. This is installed outside the Blast Room.
    7. Portable Sand Blasting Machine for Grit Blasting on Structures, I Beam, Large Vessels.
    8. Operator’s Safety Wear, for protection of the operator from steel shots, steel grit, Aluminum Oxide during abrasive blasting operation.
    9. Dust Collector for suction the dust particles produced during shot blasting and abrasive blasting operation from Blasting Booth

    Hang a plenum wall down approx. 2/3 from the ceiling just in front of the dust collector vent hole. This will cause the incoming fresh air to create a rolling / sweeping effect across the lower portion booth where visibility is needed most. And it will ultimately prevent good abrasive from getting pulled out in the updraft.

    Awesome equipment but I hope it doesn't rain very often there or your newly sandblasted parts would become rusty quickly after blasting.
