Old Copper Landline connections are converted to new age Fiber to the Home Internet & Telephone service by BSNL, all over India.
New CDR3 Digital Sales Channel Web Portal is used to do the conversion oder.

BSNL recently updated their software to CDR3 with integration with Whalecloud software system. Its been used to fasten the process of FTTH (Fiber to the home) internet service and implementation of 4G & 5G mobile connectivity.
The latest CDR3 provides DSCM( Digital Sales Channel Management) web portal to its TIP(Franchise) Telephone Infrastructure Providers to carry out different works through online. Also introduced Mobile application for DSCM & MOA.
