Its funny how you explain LC skills and complain he has smite damage and then explain Scipio and complain he doesnt have smite damage. Overall I would agree with ratings except LC skills that should be 10/10. He has everything in his kit, defense, debuff march speed and biggest aoe and best expertise in game. In that case he ends up 1st with 37 points. For those who say he doesnt have anyone to boost his damage besides Scipio Lowering HP, LC bypasses skill damage reductions which make him even more powerful
Zhuge is not losing any value because hi is no1 archer commander in the game for now and as you said he can pare with any other archer commander which makes him the best archer commander in the game

Yea you could argue that for sure 🤔 and I think if smite was more prominent among infantry he would have gotten a 9 or 10
