One of Brian Wilson's masterpieces. I'd rate this among their 5 best songs.

I know Brian thought his voice was too high/shrill on the first version, but that's simply him being over-critical. The original is a masterpiece of the era. I also thought the other BB vocals were perfect for the chorus, particularly Al on that one.

+6000cs Totally. My favorite of the pre-Pet Sounds era. Perhaps because it sounds exactly like a Pet Sounds cut.

When I found this song on the B-side of California Girls I knew that Brian Wilson was more than just a good songwriter. Not many can put spare a song this good for just a B-side.

I've always been a Beach Boys fan, but I had never heard this song until now but instantly love it. Another showcase of Brian's brilliant songwriting, and the classic Beach Boys sound. Love it!

@@Jotage1950 Carl cantó voz principal en You're so good to me y Girl dont tell me.

"Imagination" was a fantastic CD from Brian on his own. Unfortunately, mine got lost in a house fire and I haven't replaced it.

In contrary to many critiques, Brian is singing about what he experienced with a certain girl/ girls during this age. Nothing deeper except the beautiful lyrics
