A very beautiful and simple tutorial! I've gathered all of the items required but lack any real Photoshop expertise (or Photoshop software, for that matter..). Would there be any way you could post or message the finished template so others could print it off? Consider me subscribed, and thank you for posting such an easy and well-edited tutorial!

1- So all your paints were nail polish?
2- You glue the wrist band with hot glue too? That ended up ok?
3- In hindsight, you think of any other way of gluing the plates? lol
