I'm a mom of two littles, and my husband and I just moved three weeks ago, so life has been, in a word, CRAY.
Totally needed to hear the beautiful reminder of resetting our life rhythms to what works for us, and our current life!

I love that so much! Moving is such a crazy life change and it takes time to get settled, but you are absolutely right, the key is just taking it one day at a time 🥰🤍

Organizing my kitchen cabinets is a big goal of mine, especially the area where I have pots and pans

I'm moving from an apartment into a house within the month & ive been saving so many of your videos to rewatch while im unpacking! i feel like i did a great job decluttering before boxing but i have a feeling i'll do the same as i unbox! Really trying to keep only essentials & joy bringers since we'll have a lot of new space to fill & i dont want to start with unnecessary things as i know we'll collect so much over time!

I have a question about your Caraway set. How has it held up after the last few months? Is it still non stick, has it chipped, etc? I’ve heard mixed things but I’m curious about your experience!

Thank you!! And to answer your question, yes! Mine still has the nontoxic coating and hasn’t chipped. But you do need to be really careful not to use any metal or things like that on the set. Overall we really love our set though! 🤍

@@Isabel_fit my husband travels often for work and I feel on top of things when he’s gone and then not even one day he’s back my house is destroyed if I leave to work or errands and leave him with the kids. I come home and I’m like…..sometimes it’s nice when you’re gone 😂 😅😭
My main tip is "don't be married to room specific organization". For example, the things you use to organize your kitchen don't need to be "kitchen" organizers. I have plenty of "office" and "bathroom" pieces in my kitchen that work for my space. Don't let the advertising dictate how you use something. Get creative!
Absolutely agree! I just reorganized my bathroom and actually found most of the things I needed in the kitchen section of homegoods! Things today are generally very multi-use.
I do not have any large storage bins. All my closets are open and very organized with decorative baskets so you can't see what's in. Thank God u have no pantry and the closets I have that are close are coat closets which are used for two coats lol

A tip I have, if you're cleaning out your closet, don't just pull everything out and put it back. Take it all out, put all your skirts, dresses, pants, shorts, dresses, whatever and separate it into sections on your bed, or any other surface that will work. Then, try one thing on at a time and one section at a time. Don't matter if you just wore it last week. Just try it on and then organize it in your closet. Hope this was a help!
hey , Ashlynne Eaton I live with people who are a mess and I'm the complete opposite and they would never listen to me and we don't really get along I want my home to be clean and tidy but the people I live with just gets in the way what should I do ? - Jenna
Honestly sounds like a stressful thing to be dealing with . We moved because sometimes it’s better to leave the situation or you’ll end up being at a boiling point and that’s not good for your mental or physical health. Just my opinion but if you can’t do that save up and always remember sometimes it’s better to live alone my husband and I have lived with others before and now being by ourselves has helped us a lot to do simple things without feeling crazy from others in the way. Plus privacy and your own space is so good for you.

I label EVERYTHING so everyone else returns items back where they belong. The average executive wastes 20% of their time looking for misplaced items (I had a boss who misplaced everything and we had daily scrambles/time wasted to locate her items) so I aim to spend zero time looking for items. - I have a company to run and a family, so 20% more time is worth the effort taken to label.
