Thank you! Excellent analysis and exposition. Clear, sensitively balanced, joining the perspectives of the performer and the listener in a manner I have been long looking for and here for the first time find. Alles klar!

This is a wonderful explanation of Op. 109. In particular, I'm relieved that Boris also thinks Var. III is challenging to play - for myself I put a whole load of thumb on the black keys to maintain hand positions rather than going for complex finger-work. Please Naxos, invest in promoting this content.

It’s easy to hear Chopin and Ravel throughout this amazing sonata.

Bach and Mozart especially. Ravel: where ? Chopin: where ?

Great music. The sound with the Fazioli is great but the camera work is horrible.

Which piano is being played? Very well prepped tone and sustain :)

It's not any CF but a SX, based on the shape of the curve of the belt vertical planes, on the left and right of the keyboard. SX, have the same technology as the CFX for the mechanic and harmonic board, hence on a smaller size. The price is still steep. Based on the sound of basses, I guess S5X.
