this is correct, TCL is worse in after sales support. No one should buy TCL products. Its complete waste of money. If anything goes wrong after the product is sold, you have throw the product away as there is no service support.

I am having the worst experience with TCL service right now - My 55" Iffalcon LED TV had backlight replacement issue but while trying to replace the same the third party Supreme Service Mumbai broke the screen panel and they are taking no responsibility for it. Screen panel damage means the TV is useless now! I am struggling to get help on any TCL support contacts. TCL service centres are lowest quality third parties which are scammers who only want to make money off your issue. Moreover, the customer care call centre guys have no clue what goes on at the shitty service centres, so you are on your own and at the mercy of the pathetic local service centres who have the most Gawaar engineers. Never going to buy another TCL/Iffalcon product in my life.
Sir mene tcl qled tv 55 inch 50000 me li .one month me pannel kharab ho gya abe service center ke chakkar laga rha hu...50000 gye mere.. .likin mene consumer court me compensation le liye gaya hu....koi bhai apne paise mate gabana tcl leke....india bhi to sale kar raha yah bhi to dokha de rahe hai

OnePlus after sales service is very bad for TVs. They are just serious in selling their products rather than on providing service. Also, TV panel is of bad quality. Mine OnePlus q1 qled pro tv got damaged within 2.5 year.

Kya TCL company kharab hai to main TCL ka TV kharidne wale hun 2022 ka model 635 43 inch vah bhi 35000 ki led to main kar dun ki Na Kar dun aap batao
