Occupancy of the buildings? Does a March have to stay in a building to be considered occupied and gain points?

No it just has to be in your colour for you to start gaining from it, so you can just march through them all changing their colours and getting the points

Everyone should have the option if they click on their march on top left, ofcourse you need enough food to use them

How to get control on a building when there are already ppl inside ? Like for the center there are always 3 alliances fighting. How get the control of it ?

The only way is to knock all marches of the defenders out but if 2 alliances are trying to knock them out it will be the alliance which kills the last march in that building, one trick is to try block them of from center at the 2 spots before while the other side fights them at center but sneaking in and killing the last march still
