  • I haven’t taken a mid-season break from endurance sports…well…ever…and this year my coach Adam Saban suggested it was a good idea.     Really needed to hear this as I have been quite active this summer and I am still training for backpacking in Colorado in August and riding the Dakotah Five O over Labor Day weekend.
    I'm feeling the need to ease up and you inspired me to do so!
    Walks are a great idea. Rucking slowly helps maintain my strength and my body's tolerance for carrying load.
    You should ride the Five O sometime if you haven't!
