The main mindset that plenty of gamers have prior to entering the MyTeam (game mode) is that... with the title alone it GIVEN, GIVES & LEFT folks with the impression that it's "THEIRS"... MyTeam game mode made more gamers feel a sense of entitlement to "thinking their complaints will make anything better".
Mature minds do understand the underlined concept of this game along with these many game modes everyone either enjoys or doesn't enjoy as much as they once have. (Not everything is going to align the way one wants it).

It's to lower your teams overall for matchmaking purposes. This way you have a better chance at not getting matched up against a God squad.
