  • Kingsong 16x has been out for a bit... does that mean it's outdated though?
    Determining the best beginner EUC is no easy task. This mostly RAW run breaks down what I like and don;'t like about the Kinsong 16x and whether or not you should invest in one!

    Crazy, I'm watching this video getting ready to ride my KS 16X in the morning here in Vegas.
    I've been riding now for 3 months, my first purchase and only purchase so far is my KS 16X and it is quite durable, dependable and range/Battery is phenomenal. Even when I buy my next euc, I'm still keeping the KS 16X. Glad you are having a blast because I sure am. I will be posting videos soon

    Hi Nate, I totally agree with you. I started off on a Tesla V2 like you and then I went up to the KingSong 16x and I felt like there was no comparison. The build quality seems so much better with a 16x even though the Tesla lets you go faster, I also appreciate the safety cap on the KingSong. It just feels like a well-built machine and it looks badazz. I was so impressed with the build quality it help me choose the S18 as by suspension wheel. You're way ahead of the learning curve on your third ride!

      Kingsong/inmotion seem to be the brands I'm leaning towards. S18 will be on my next review list! Thanks so much for the words, Mike!

    Hi Nate.
    Great video❤️ you doing great for your total ride time👍
    I would sleep better if you got yourself a " full face" helmet before you reach the higher speed🤩🤠

    Nate, get the wheel. I love my Ks18L but I have 2 other wheels. One wheel cannot rule them all since they are instances where taking a very heavy wheel to the grocery store 3miles away would be a bit overkill. I have a smaller range wheel for my close trips. Long rides require heavy wheels with tons of battery or suspension depending where you ride. I do not go off roads but the roads where I work are in such bad shape that they feel like you are actually going off road. Do not be afraid of the price, phones are as expensive and I have never heard anyone say, I'll buy one that will last me 5years.

      @Fordged  Před 3 lety +1

      I definitely understand having different wheels for different occasions. If you had to pick one "best all around" wheel, what would you pick?

      @@Fordged KS18L. The v11 is great and very easy to ride but hollow motors are very new to the EUC's, there were some issues with the early batches, so far mine seems fine but I will not know for sure if I got the updated version. Only time will tell. The KS18l I had that for a year and no issues just a couple of flats.

    16x is a beast. Only complain for me is the pedals are low. This is one main reason I prefer the gotway msp. High pedals for better turns, and worry less hitting a rock or something.

    I am thinking of getting one of these from a friend. Maybe the XR will go to another.

    I looked at so many options before I bought mine. For me the addition of an EUC to my electric family was based on speed. I went back and fourth between the RS and the Sherman. Both super fast. After watching tons of videos I went with the Sherman for the durability. I saw a few people crash the Sherman at full speed and the wheel was, aside from some minor cosmetic scrapes, all good. The learning curve is definitely steeper on an EUC but my thought is even if you had a really hard time at max it might take you a week or two to feel comfortable riding around casually. Now you’re a few weeks in feeling more comfortable do you start to think should I have just spent a few hundred more a got a wheel I can ride for years to come?

      @Fordged  Před 3 lety +1

      There's so much to look at! Speed is for sure one of my main points. To have that "room" just makes it safer at normal speeds and lower battery

      That's really not a beginner friendly EUC. (even though I've heard guys buying it as their first EUC and successfully master riding it.)
