    Hi everyone. He is the best teacher I have ever seen in my life. His videos are a must-watch for many. He has been doing a wonderful job and he has helped me to improve my English in general. Another thing to take into account is his advice on some useful books which I know. They are good books indeed.

    I love your charismatic teaching; it's so refreshing. That said I'd teach it a tad differently. For example, in the semi-colon, I'd begin with two independent clauses, then build them with the conjunctions, then remove the conjunctions and release them with semi colons.

    I like the use of semicolon , they shouldn't get rid of it entirely from the english language ; they should keep it , because it's fun to use with more functionality in sentences then a comma or a period .

      Very good comment.
      Semicolon is also used when the Pause is more than;the comma.
      Other examples
      He didn't stop firing;he hunt down the killer.
      The Jury was silent; the accused got the advantage.

    • @MrSkypelessons
      @MrSkypelessons  Před 7 lety

      Yes, we do. But you use them too often. Your list is a simple list. So you just need the colon, and all the other elements should be commas. Also, I would put 'engineering and construction surveys' at the end of the list because it's easier to read.
