I often lhasa apso dog grooming on my channel GroomerOK. Because I often hear questions about grooming lhasa apso face and lhasa apso coat care.
Lhasa apso cut hair can be variety.
Lhasa dog temperament:
These dogs are very active and playful, so choose a haircut for your dog according to your pet’s lifestyle.
If you want easy care you need to choose lhasa apso haircuts short.
Petgrooming is different from exhibition.
The coat is never cut short if lhasa apso dog show.

For grooming dog you need a bit tools.
I used for lhasa grooming:
Body haircut - Andis #3 3/4FC blade
Lhasa apso head grooming, paws. Scissors:
- Geib Blak Perl 7 "
- Rose Line straight 8"
- Yento finish scissors 6"
- P&W Dragon finish scissors 6"
Shampoo 1st bath - Crown Royale Deep Cleansing
And second bath - Chris Christensen Day to Day Shampoo

Many people overlook Lhasa apso when they look for a dog because they always see fancy dog show pics. But it is a sturdy, brave and loyal dog that has the right size for many people. They dont think about that they can keep them cut short and they are lovely like that too.

I have a 4 yr old Lhasa and I want to start grooming him myself. Hi coat is long at least 2 inches. Should I use a 3, 4, or 5f if I want him short but not too short? He will be returning to daycare soon. I have all the tools.

Я с детства люблю собак :-) Мне нравится с ними общаться, ухаживать за ними, заниматься дрессурой. Я стараюсь понять что им не нравится и почему, поставить себя на их место. Это мне очень помогает найти подход к животному.
Хотя мой кинолог говорит мне, что я их слишком ,,очеловечниваю,, :-)
