After My Last Therapy Session(trigger warning)

Part 2 is here! I shared last last week that I was triggered when I ran into my ex and my emotions that were attached to having an abortion when I was 19 yrs old were all over the place. I hadn't grieved or set myself free from guilt I placed on myself. My therapist helped me sort out my perspective of myself and the view I had of God. I pray this will encourage you.
