I wish they used this as EVERY opening in the show. The rifts of sudden reverb makes it FEEL like a song you would hear in a hospital, but the upbeat theme still makes it feel like a show that has a lot of comedy, so it's basically perfect for the show.

It's weird because I'm Italian and I recall hearing this theme when I watched it as a kid instead of the European theme
I live in U.S and always remember this one on tv for some reason now when i was watching on prime I got the U.S version it through me off at first.

Its not just me that hears it! Yeah big time prime feel. Maybe thats why I prefer this theme massively over the others, the Prime series is my favorite all time game trilogy. I started playing them at 6 years old and I think it really shaped my taste in music

It was made specifically for the show, it was used outside US. It is called the "Singapore" version but I don't think it has an official name.
Prime's X-Ray calls it Dr House - Theme. Whether that is the actual title of the song or not I'm not sure.
