    Gets more done on his own than most 3 man squads !
    But surely a ticking timebomb for an accident ! . Boards stood up on a public path unsupervised even for a few seconds is risky .
    And only a matter of time for the highways catches that overloaded pickup

    Mate your St job down here in Bournemouth would have had to have the following, 4 Week footpath licence, sponges to all standards, no ledger bracing, drill tied and plan braced 2.7m high pavement lift, 1st lift double boarded with monarflex or other sheeting sandwiched between the boards even if non working, brickguards and debris netting to all lifts including non working. You got it good up there buddy.
    Also you do realise your liability insurance erecting off another firms scaffold null and voids both yours and that other firms insurance without written consent from both insurance parties beforehand? If the scaffold collapsed you would both be liable and into an HSE nightmare. The blame for the collapse would be like watching a tennis match and you could end up bankrupt due to legal costs without representation as your insurer would walk away.
    Love your content mate, but please be careful buddy, your work ethic and lone worker skills are incredible and I know like me you have to put bread on the table but the world we live in today is always weighed against the workingman.

    Should never touch another person’s scaffold as it invalidates your insurance

  • @dandaps
    @dandaps Před 9 měsíci +1

    Why are you touching someone else’s job? Wouldn’t go anywhere near it especially if there’s a payment dispute, the other firm might be waiting to get paid before they provide labour to finish the job and you’ve e just gone and taken away their bargaining chip.

  • @johnzo70
    @johnzo70 Před měsícem

    The last job sads there's a dispute builder not been paid and probably scaffolder not been paid so up he goes and finished the scaffolding around the chimney thats just not on no integrity there very poor form
