One thing that really helps with this farm that wasn't mentioned is the lei accessory because it gives you a 50%xp bonus not to mention it resists all elements so it's just overall amazing to have
You can also get the Shoes of Hermes earlier by talking to the Nothing man when you have 1000 "NOTHINGs" (You problably do at this point if you checked every inch of the areas or if you are viewing them by using that DLC item). It's great if you haven't gone to the Sea Cube yet since you need to in order to get the Black device.

Honestly, i believe the devs nerfed this method. Because i killed one of the golden poo snakes on that island and they never respawn after that. Which that sucks... (Even with stink doesn't help either...)

I have been using the keleon herds in the underground river (between Baroy and the Ancient Factory) using the battle ring. Super easy, use the ground spell and they are all gone. A group of 4 keleons (that is to say 4 packs) gave me 2k exp, gold, and 15 Sp. Once they run out I just warp back to the ancient factory and head back over. Rinse and repeat.

ok I found it but it only respawns when it flees but I defeat I won't respawn

The Ghost Yeet-Eat gives you more EXP but takes longer to kill.

If you're having trouble getting them to spawn "stink" up your characters with garlic.
no you have to go in the water cube and fight the boss the water cube is next to jibral castl but you need the mechat to enter

After going through a nostalgia/achievement clean up and trying this method, trying to farm and hunt golden poo snakes took too long. There is a way better method. Just go back and forth through each level of the sea cube. Especially with the lei equipped, which gives you an additional +50% xp. After one runthrough with the sea cube grind and having the lei equipped to a couple of characters, I stacked up to 68000+ xp in about 25 minutes compared to spending a day to gain two levels looking for golden poop snakes.

You have to keep progressing through the story to get the Keycard to open them.

Not for me it doesn't... Instead of staying in one place you need to circle the island in a loop and they will spawn very frequently.
or use the attract aura
Hi um when do you get the black barier device please make a vido when you get. It because I am on disc 3 but don't have it I am at the part where the earth is cut into two by nine so help pls
I don't remember exactly where but there is a dungeon in the middle of the ocean I believe and you will have to fight a lot of enemies to get through it and the black barrier device is on the bottom floor.
I actually found it thanks it is in the sea cube btw you should make a play through on blue dragon again
