I'm a 46 yr old male and has recently been torn apart, which is an issue most men choose not to talk about. It's a hard fight to build yourself up after being brought to such lows but as this song resonates through my speakers every morning, I look in the mirror and say "Good Morning Good Brother" and constantly remind myself of my self worth, and to never love someone more than i love myself, to the point their needs are before mine. Much love and appreciation to the Queen. Love ya.

As a male going through anxiety and depression at the same time on top of losing my mom and being a young black man in society trying to survive and be the best version of me, this song was exactly what I needed to hear to fight back and overcome this feeling of being stuck and down.
