Thank you Online Citizen for showcasing those rescuers. My wife and her ngo has faced similar situation involving cats in a terrace house in JB. The owner of those cats, due to covid lockdowns, abandoned all her cats to die and rot in that house - none survived. She could’ve released all those cats but chose not to.
