    You suggested to hybrid the X1 with Confidential. Can you do a review of this setup with the X1 in the mains?

      Hi Gregory 😄 I believe X-One Biphase and Confidential would be very nice… that being said I might string X-One Biphase at 25kgs in the mains and Confidential at 23kgs in the cross strings.
      I just had Triax and Lynx Tour put together. I will hit with Siri on Wednesday… review should be out sometime next week 😄🎾

    Have you tried it with luxilon alu power in the crosses? That combination seems to be perfect for an aggressive hitter. I’m going to try that I think now. I use a head prestige mid (2010 youtek model) and stringing at x-one mains at 22 kgs and alu power at 20 kgs. Thanks. Nice forehand too!

      I play xone in the mains (22kg) and alu power in the crosses (20kg) and the feeling is great, spin and power friendly hybrid.

    Great review. Do these feel like there is more ball pocketing than polys?

    • @thetennisjones3728
      @thetennisjones3728  Před 2 lety +1

      @Adwin… X-One Biphase is truly the closest feel to Natural Gut that I have hit with! Ball pocketing sensations when YOU string the racquet at the perfect tension - meaning right for both YOU and your Stringbed. String it too tight your feel will decrease… string it too loose your control will be lost.

      @@thetennisjones3728 thats great to know its closest to natural gut. Will try the x-one biphase the next round. Currently trying the Technifibre XR3 at 55lbs, on a Babolat APD. Loving it more than polys for now.

    I play a Hybrid with Sol. Confidential( Cross) because of arm issue now for 4 hours(21/20kg) . feels overall great. the Confidential still feels firm and bite at the slices but the Biphase gives you effortless power on all strokes . Problem ; after 4 hours play the confidential cuts through the Biphase and won´t last much longer. Question any Poly which has good spin and control but is more "friendly" to the Biphase.

      Franz... good question! I really don’t have an answer for you. Have you tried Tecnifibre Triax? Triax has 50% polyester fibers in it.... there is also excellent shock absorption with Triax. I am not a string breaker. Babolat Origin is a very nice, soft polyamide string as well.
      Have you seen my hybrid review of Triax and Confidential? I used it for two weeks playing and coaching with hardly any notch issues... keep in mind I am not a string breaker 😀🎾

    Hybrid confidential mains n x1 crosses and see how long it lasts ...that would be good info. .it lasted me 6 hours and im a flat hitter

    What do you think about xonebiphase vs triax? Aside from the power difference. Which one is more viable?

    • @thetennisjones3728
      @thetennisjones3728  Před 3 lety +1

      dj... Triax is 50% polyester fibers therefore you will have more control than you will with X-One Biphase. Triax also has a crisp feel, definitely more spin friendly than X-One Biphase. Triax also has excellent shock absorption, X-One Biphase is easier on your arm than Triax... my issue is the liveliness of X-One Biphase... with Triax the ball will stay in the court 😀🎾
