- Te Awaroa is the BEST FALLOW MAP in my personal opinion! The zones are nice and wide open, there are not many of them and they respawn like a dream most of the time! In today's video, we go through everything you need to do to spawn a FALLOW DEER GREAT ONE! We cover how to find all of your drink zones, how to set up with tents and tripods, how to get fast respawns, how to deal with solo zones, what levels to shoot and more!!! Along with Mississippi this reserve was always on the bottom of my list but I've recently re-evaluated it and quite honestly it's one of the best reserves for deer. Thanks for the entertaining grind woman. Great stuff.

5:35 Another tip I'd recommend for finding all of your zones is rerunning in the opposite direction you did the first time or at least approaching at a different angle just be sure you're getting absolutely all of them

Hey lady, me again, Can’t say how helpful these guides are. I just wrapped up an lion albino grind 1644 kill to spawn the albinos with a pair of blonde lions Hopped on and did saltwater cros got a diamond of each common fur fur type piebald female and albino lvl 6 croc1432 kills, My son wanted me to hunt fallow so Watching this video to setup my fallow great one grind, never played the map. I was unlocking outpost and decided to check for hotspot zones at the lakes you highlighted in this video and the first fallow I harvest is a Diamond Dark 254.74. Way to start a great one grind!

Yeah I got 3 red deer great ones within 1500 kills, almost at 1k kills into the fallow grind and no GO yet lol
@@LadyLegendXO is there a way of getting your single fallow zones back into your herds, if not when is the best time to shoot the singles buck zones if there is time that is. I have a few single fallow zones all containing threes and fours. Thanks kindly for your time.

@@stevenrickert2431 Not fair, most these CZcamsrs get them in 600 most times, im sure EW boost rares G1 for there accounts. I've not had one albino, mela in all them kills its a joke. I dont have the time for this.
I got my g1 red deer in 388 i just depends.
G1 Black Bear at around 300.

Lady I finally got my 1st great one fallow on te awaroa after 3998 kills then It spawned another one on the next rotation I shot my second one 12 kills later 😁😁😁😁

I have a 10 fabled Golden fallow deer in my twin lake area I'm stacking him to see if I could spawn in more to see if it's at all possible, I believe it is. He is a beauty
Stacking GOs has no effect, but I'd say go for it anyway and see how many you can get

308 is my weapon of choice for Class 4 to 6 speices
I'm pretty new to the fallow deer grind, I have a Silver (bronze cuz I CANT F4ING AIM) Piebald fallow deer and I also have 2 gold fallow deer.
155 kills got my first GO Fallow. 100 kills into my second grind!

At the moment 850 kills, 15 diamonds, 5 rare, but no great one.
My stats are pretty weird, 1250 Kills, 10 piebalds, 1 albino, 1 mela, 3 diamonds, and 4 trolls. Idk if piebalds are more common now or if I've just gotten really lucky. Congrats on your GO btw!

Hey Lady, always love your vids. This might be a dumb question but I just started a Red Deer grind and wanted to clarify; To try and spawn more diamonds do I only kill 3 and 4's or can I also shoot higher level deer as well?

Wonder if the next update will be a weapon pack if so They should do the 6.5 Remington Magnum and the .350 Legend and.450 Bushmaster and A nice Vortex Scope and Nikon night vision binoculars something and it’s so blurry and where you can see everything and it’s nice and clear and maybe thermal imaging would be nice. My opinion them are great options for call the wild the vortex scope is very popular and so is isn’t the Nikon Night Vision

To be honest it was going really well at the beginning and then it slowly kind of went downhill. I’m currently at 3500 kills and still no great one but I do have four melanistic’s and six piebalds. All of the rare’s raging between silver and a high gold. No super rare’s yet either or albino but I’m gonna keep shooting until I get one and then maybe start a moose grind on Yukon or keep going with my fallow grind!!
What rounds do I use polymer-tip or soft-point? If I use 308.
I lost my favorite drink zone for fallow…and lost count of how many killls in I am but it’s rough time for me
So I just wanna make sure after I found all zones and set up everything , I go through a rotation do I set the time back and re shoot through the zones or do I exit the main screen and then re shoot , or is it just going back to main screen to move the single zones around
I leave the game and come back after each rotation after I reset the time. Also leave after you shoot solos and small deer and harvest to try and get them to swap
What time is it best to set the clock to? I'm not finding a fallow deer drinking zone at Tui Hut Lake at all
I change it to be in the last hour so 12:00
If I want to try and swap a level 3 or 4 out of the solo zone you said to harvest the 3 and 4’s but do i still harvest the 2 or should I leave it?

Legend, what if you kill a deer in a solo zone and how can you revive it?
I nearly have enough money and zones too start my grind, so far I have 12 tents, 6 tripods and 22 zones found on one walk around the map.

Hey Lady. I'm currently around 2.5k kills into my Te Awaroa fallow GO grind. Stupidly, I didn't harvest my first 1.5k kills or so, as I didn't realise it affected GO's, however I've harvested over 1000 since. Using light HM I've got around 50 diamonds so far (which is sadly getting boring), but have loads of piebalds including a 5 medium troll, as well as large gold albino and mela bucks, and some smaller rares too.
I'm yet to get my first GO (of any species) after over 8k harvests, and multiple grinds which I've given up on, but I'm really determined to get a fallow GO in the lodge! I play on PS4.

Same! I'm on the ps5. I'm thinking you need a PC to get great ones. I've been doing this for 19 months and many rares, diamonds etc but not one great one. Something isn't right. Are some people who are getting GOs getting help like are friends joining in on the grinds to help them shoot more?
@NM-gy6tx Hey buddy, I finally got my GO, however it was after a fallow grind of circa 3300 kills and 70+ diamonds, which got very tiresome unfortunately. I now have an incredible fallow dedicated lodge with some crazy rares and most of the diamonds that I got on the grind.
It was a fabled hooded with the spoon rack, which is stunning, and the feeling when you finally spawn it after the hours of playing is unbelievable!
Yours will come, I promise, but I do think its a lot harder on console compared to PC for some reason.
grinding for my 7th great one fallow stats are 4,998 kills all together 37 diames 27 trolls and 18 rares

i got 4 Great one fallow, 1 day 1 fallow for 4 days straight. then another a couple days later. no stacking, killed only 3-5

If you have a friend on your map helping you will it affect anything or just help speed up the process
It won't affect anything. You might have a few more bugs than normal. MP is buggier and them more players on the map, the buggier it gets.
