Mermaid Themed Balloon Garland

I needed to make this balloon garland for a birthday party for a 3 year old!
I decided to test the Amazon kit and it was convenient because it had all the foil balloons that I needed to bring this to life. The down side was that the Kit did not look like the picture in terms of fullness and length, but it was what my client wanted so it worked out.
If you have to make one that looks like the picture, then order more than one packet.

Great job. What I don't like about the kits is they often come in mixed sizes so I have to separate that first and determine if there is enough to complete the vision.
