Hi can I do anything with my existing blackout velux blind ,I have a rod to pull it down but find it impossible to pull the blind down but simple to close, with the result that I have to keep it closed permanently thanks
Thank you for the video and for getting back to me. I spoke to Velux and they call these "Blackout - flat." Interestingly, the factory in Denmark had a big fire and they will not be available again until August.

how did you get rid of the small amount of light coming in from the left hand one when closed - have seen this in a couple of videos now? thanks
Hi there, how do you configure the blinds to work off a single remote?
Sorry only just seen this, pair the first blind the remote then use the same remote on each blind you want in the group.
Are those the Blackout "flat" blinds?
They are roller blinds and the fabric does lie flat unlike a pleated blind.
