S5E9: The One with Lucas Testimony

In this video I give a brief version of when I gave my life to Jesus Christ. I was 15 years old when I made that decision and it has made all the difference. You can give you life to the Lord today! For God so loved the world that He gave His One and Only Son so that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have everlasting life!

Very cool, Lucas! We almost share the same new (spiritual) birthday! My spiritual birthday is June 8th. It was on that day -- standing out in a field in a camp outside Yorktown, Texas -- that I gave my life to the Lord. Over the previous year or more, I had gone from not truly believing in God...to believing that he might exist...to believing that he probably exists...to desperately wanting to give my life to him. That night, I knew that he existed and that I didn't know him. I told him that I would trade all that I was and all that I would ever be if I could only truly know him. I was out in that field for a long time. When I returned, I knew that I knew the Lord! Everything was new!
"And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him" (Hebrews 11:6).
