This is my new favorite plane. I believe it will have it's own category of greatness with me.
If you enjoy the 60E you really need try the big boy. The RV-8 70cc flies just as good if not better. Phenomenal aircraft.
If I may make one suggestion, buy the carbon landing gear. The aluminum gear is the one weak point.
I can see why, really like the look and size, it's neat when you find a plane that's just magic to fly. I got a Mamba 10G2, first ever Flex plane and although nothing's perfect, it's my favorite plane so far. Super fun great for a beginner or advanced. Now I'm like imagining what Flex plane to get next.
Greg - I think you need to get Flex Innovations to sponsor your channel. Your selling point is that nobody puts out the number of quality videos you and your wonderful camera lady put out each week!

Yeah I know but my controller is broken for that and I am running a simple serial rx no where to plug it in any how.

Greg, you should use an open channel for a switch for the lights…
The light controller wire to plug into a switch broke. I don't mind landing and manually doing it. I am only using a satellite receiver anyways no where to plug in anything.
I have one on the way. There must be six or more in our club. Everyone likes them a lot. What is "Cruise Mode"?
Well I am obviously very happy with mine. Cruise mode is their starter mode where the throws are a little limited but the gains are the highest in the AURA 8 system. Live wing or full span aileron are not active.

It is a sony fdrx 53 however it just died and we go a new Panasonic v785 today and will be trying it out Monday.

@@D_WallRC Well looks like I will be sticking with my SONY FDRX53 I installed a new chip and factory reset it so hope it works. The new PANASONIC hvc 785 is complete crap will be taking it back to Best Buy tomorrow. Not sure what to do if the SONY completey craps out.

How does it compare to the carbon Z Trojan?
Both fly well but I preferer this one over it now. I have never had a plane that seemed tuned to me like this one is.
