Dr. Ehrenfeld, with an illustrious career that spans clinical practice, teaching, research, and leading a $560-million health philanthropy, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the forefront of medical innovation. As an adjunct professor at Vanderbilt University and the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and a consultant to the World Health Organization, his work in integrating information technology into healthcare to enhance surgical safety and patient outcomes has been globally recognized.
