Some people still don't get it but the issue with Hiluluk is philisophical; but I think you get it- the part that matters is the change of heart, rehabilitation, the human propensity for change. Hiluluk is a quack; he was not physically healed and is still dying of his illness, he's just conflated the two in his head.
