Hey Xerolas, I wish I could Do a bank of carbs that quickly.
One thing though. When you put the float bowls back you've put them with the fuel drain screws pointing at each other on one pair which makes them a total pain in the pisser to gain access to should you ever need to drain 'em for maintenance or winter storage and the other pair pointing the wrong way across the bike.
Each pair should have the screws pointing outwards for easy access; left pair pointing left, right pair pointing right.
Easy life!
You've got a mixture from your two sets of carbs. 3 & 1.

Hello friend this is helpful! I have a 92 400.. how do you remove the float bowl fuel valve?
...its dangling from thr float but most carbs have a pin that slips out and you can retrieve the float valve. How do you get these out?

@Xerolas do you know if a SC project exhaust for a 1250 would fit on a 1200? I have recently bought a 99 1200s and I really want that exhaust on it but its only made for an 07 1250 and up
I think you whant to theck how much diameter on your exhaust and check the diameter of sc project exhaust if the diameters its same its fit if not change another sc exhaust to se what exhaust fiting good its easy..pls feel free and ask anything you need and subscribe to help me make any of videos like this :)

Thank you for the detailed video! It seems gonna help me a lot. I bought a GSF400 from a friend of mine (1995 model year), which is not being used for several years, and the bike have carb issues. I found complete rebuild kit on the eBay, which includes jets, a lot of o-rings, and the floats itself. How reliable are the chinese rebuild kits? It would be under 40€, and cannot afford oem parts right now. I'm into carbs (smaller bikes, mopeds, passenger cars) but never did a CV carb myself before.
i realy want this bike specially the 250, and when i get one i will convert it to Fuel Injection for sure.
I think it's not possible to convert to fuel injection if this possible its cost very much money yo make it works

Yo tengo 2 bandits 600 y 1200 y te recomendaria que busques video en ingles donde se explica de forma verbal y visual como lograr la sincronización de los 4 carburadores. Basicamente necesitas una herramienta que te muestra la actividad de cada carburador entonces vos poder cerrar màs o abrir el tornillo que regula el paso de cada uno de los carburadores para así lograr que los cuatro funcionen de manera conjunta. Busca videos que sean claros y simples. Los ingleses(los americanos tambien) suelen ser muy simples al momento de explicar el tema de mecánica. Usa guantes y anteojos transparentes todos los fluidos que tocan la piel terminan en el hígado y los ojos son también órganos irreproducibles.Suerte!

Good morning bro. Well can you screw in the pilot screw to the end and unscrew 3 times for each carburettor. And unscrew the idle make all the throttle plates look's same to each one.. of you finish it all the work screw the idle litle and try to start the engine for helping to start put some gasoline to each carburettor for easy starting if it work told me to know bro.. im whant to be happy for you

im rebuild the carbs becaus its not working good in idle and im find some new carb kit and i say why not ;) xoxo
@@Xerolas thank you. I am buying a 2000 1200 with 10k miles, been sitting for a long time. I am familiar with the carbs as I used to race 1100"s, re jetted many but never rebuilt, I may have to, sitting for 5 years. I will re jet it and put aftermarket exhaust on as well.
Looks like he pulled a pilot key at 9:55 or so.

Καλησπέρα, στο βίντεο άλλαξες και ( θα το περιγράψω με δικά μου λόγια!!) το σωλήνα που ανέβω κατεβαίνει ουσιαστικά μέσα η βελόνα . αλλά στο rebuild kit δεν υπαρχει μεσα οπως και οσα κιτ εχω βρει. Τα πηρες αυθεντικα απο την suzuki? εχω βρει ebay κινεζικα αλλα δεν το εμπιστεύομαι. Ευχαριστω!!

Αυτό που ρωτάς δεν υπάρχει σε καινούργιο αν ψάχνεις τέτοια πρέπει να αγοράσεις ένα μεταχειρισμένο καρμπυρατέρ για το έχεις για ανταλλακτικά. Δυστυχώς δεν πωλούνται όλα τα κομμάτια οπωτε θα πρέπει να την βγάλεις με μεταχειρισμένα. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα φίλε μου.. ότι χρειαστείς σχολίασε και θα σου απαντήσω..

hi i live in sri lanka and im willing to buy a bandit 250cc and sir i want to ask you that is the carburetor problems comes on these bikes most of the times. And is fixing the carburetor is a very hard thing and what are the other problems coming on this suzuki bandit 250cc model.

Dont by any of Suzuki Bandit the problems of this motorcycles carburettors its unfixed because the kit helps you 50% bro its old bike wait some times to take a newer bike..Pls ask me anything you want and subscribe to help me make videos like this.. :)

hello my friend the best option tou get it out is the rust spray put som on it and trie to take it out with pliers or pincer. Another option is the good but dangerus try to screw the main jet screw litle bit and bit it with a hamer litlebit and its come out.. bro in avrithing you duing is in your risck im only told you how im pout it out and its working for me try it and told me the resolt ;)

@@kasunchamara526 Yes.Try the stock setting is 1.5 turns outward . and the needle clip to 3rd pozition ftom the up :)

Γεια σου φίλε μου. Αρχικά ξεκινά από τα βασικά. 1-Γυρνάει το μοτέρ
2-Δες αν έχει σπίθα (βγάλε το μπουζί και βάλε την μπουζοπιπα και απουμπα κάπου να δεις αν όταν γυρνάει το μοτέρ έχει σπίθα)
3- δες αν κατεβενει η βενζίνη βγάλε από το ρουμπινετο μόνο το σολινακι της βενζίνης και πάνε να βάλεις μπρος. Αν πετάξει βεντζινες τότε κατεβάζει βεντζινες. )
Τελευταίο θα αφησεις το καρμπιρατέρ.. αυτά τα μηχανάκια πάσχουν από καρμπιρατέρ δυστυχώς αν καταλήξουμε εκεί θα μου στείλεις στο Facebook στο fun page και θα τα πούμε εκεί όλα.. αν σου άρεσε το βίντεο ακολούθησε με. Καλή ευκολία

Ευχαριστω φιλε για το βιντεακι και τον τροπο λυσιμο-δεσιμο, οπως και για τα λινκ.. Μια ερωτηση, αν μπορεις σε παρακαλω βοηθησε με.. Εχω ενα bandit 250cc, ειναι του 91, και το κανω rebuild. Εχω σκαλωσει στα carb διοτι χρειαζεται οπωσδηποτε κιτακι επισκευης, αλλα οχι μονο τα λαστιχακια και τα o-ring απο κατω, αλλα και τα λαστιχα υποπιεσης απο πανω, και δεν βρισκω. Υπαρχει περιπτωση να ταιριαζουν απο το 400; Γνωριζεις; Επισης τα σωματα επανω εχουν εναν κωδικο 3LN.

Ευχαριστω πρωτα απο ολα φιλε που μου απαντησες μεσα σε λιγες ωρες..χαχα 2οντα λαστιχακια απο το ali ταιριαζουν, αυτα ειναι γτ παρατηρω το σχημα απο το μεγαλο το μαυρο που στεγανοποιει το κατω μερος. Μου εβγαλε και τα μεγαλα τα λαστιχε υποπιεσης απο πανω και μαλλον ταιριαζουν γτ λεει για gsf250. Θα κοιταξω ετσι οπως μου ειπες. Αλλα σε υπερ ευχαριστω ξανα μιλαμε..

Δεν είμαι από Αθήνα μένω Καβάλα πρόσεχε πολύ και σκέψου πάρα πολύ πριν πάρεις τέτοιο μηχανάκι να ξέρεις πως το παντρεύεσαι.. δυστυχώς είναι παλιά μηχανάκια ωραία οικονομικά αλλά θα σου πρότεινα να πάρεις κάποιο άλλο.θα το μετανιώσεις και θα φας ζόρι βγάζουν πολλές βλαβες και θα χρειαστεί να χαλάσεις πολύ δύναμη και πολύ χρήμα. Ρώτα ότι χρειάζεσαι και ακόλουθα με στο κανάλι μου για να στηρίξεις τον κόπο μου ευχαριστώ.

You can buy spark plugs by NGk very good spark plugs but if you whang change pipes cable but if you know how change it. If you don't know go to your city mechanics to checking thw wires of spark plugs and pipes ;)

Καλημέρα φιλε οτι δεν βλεπεις το εχω κανει πιο πριν και ρύθμισα της πεταλούδες και ειδα τα φλωτερ και ρύθμισα τον αερα του ρελαντί σε αυτο το βιντεο απο οτι ειδες άλλαξα ενα καρμπιρατέρ γτ είχε διαρροές και μαζι με αυτο εναν ελενχο σε ολα και εβαλα καινουργια ανταλλακτικά

@@babissougias6408 Πολυ ταλαιπωρία τα carb στης αρχες πηγαινα σε μαστορια και ουτε αυτοι δεν βγαζαν ακρη και αναγκαστικα να διαβασω και ναντα λύσω πανο από 15 φορες για να μαθω εστο τα λιγα που ξερω.. ακομα και λιγακι απο κάπου να χανουν δεν δουλεύουν σωστα αστο... Καθε μηνα τα άνοιγα για ξανα ρυθμισμα.. καλυτερα που το πούλησα εφυγε και το προβλημα από το κεφαλι μου.
@@Xerolas τα ξερω φιλε τα εχω φαει στην μαπα 20 χρονια ασχοληθηκα..ειχα και εχω gsxr 1100...αν δεν εχεις διαρροες το βασικο προβλημα ειναι τα φλωτερ στην σειρα των καρμπυρατερ bst ss δλδ χαλανε τα πυραυλακια και ξερυθμιζει το φλωτερ το υψος πρεπει να ρυθμιζεις το λαμακι..και η βασικοτερη μλκια τους εσω υπερχειλιση
