Still thinking Death Dance is the best armor item for Kat. Provides endurance, resets any damage remaining and it heals you each kill, which it's prefect if you look for a pentakill

saw hubblet build this a few weeks back. it works fine. unfortunately, i tend to be the only ap on my team so i can rarely go this build anymore

With the new ravenous hydra, i thought about a build.
Since the passive of ravenous doesnt trigger omnivamp but LIFESTEAL, we can improve ravenous sustain by buying lifesteal items now ! It also mean that all champ could use lifesteal as omnivamp. If we think like that, riot didnt really nerf ravenous, but its more a buff.
So for katarina :
botrk + riftmaker + ravenous + bloodthirster + maw of malmotrius + spirit visage with lifesteal potion and lifesteal runes + conq
i dont think its viable, but the sustain of this build seems INSANE compared to what we could do before, it's a kind of gunblade xd

way less damage than any other build, so low lifesteal regardless, just better to go tank at that point

It's best with some mixture of:
1. If it's good into your matchup
2. If ap doesn't do much for you early
3. Suspect fighting in the early game
4. Your team gets clearly outscaled
5. Enemy has ap mid + jg or alot of ap
6. Maybe your team has too much ap

cosmic drive for max damage is now the best option with the changes, it grants you 130 AP !

Its a lot of ap, but it prob doesn’t do more damage than nash, rabadons, voidstaff, or shadowflame.
No place for it in a build imo. Won't be that bad though. Might feel fun but slightly suboptimal

So nashors + protobelt+ shadoFlame+void staff+rabadon+ etiher antiheal (if you need the 10magic pen) or cosmic drive
