I related to that goal so much. My baby girl is 8months tomorrow and i feel i need to have mum and daughter days too! Its normal babe ❤
My mum always said to me it takes 9 months to have your baby and 9 months to feel yourself again. You are doing amazing and remind me of myself when I had my 1st baby! 🥰
I’m getting a surgery on the 15th this month, so March has started with a negative mindset. The surgery is gonna take about 6-7 hours, but I’m only under anesthesia for one hour. I think the reason behind my negative mindset is because I have some traumatic experiences with anesthesia. But your video helped me calm down a little bit. Thank you Gemma 💗
Been there, done that, absolutely understand the worry about anesthesia. I've had bad experiences with it for the 3 ops I've had. Don't worry you'll be absolutely fine, speak to the surgeon and the team, they will reassure you. Hope all goes well for the 15th x

But it’s just a season and being mum is so special. glad you are so present with your son. being present with our little ones has always been so important in our family as well. 🤗

Oh Gemma January 1st comes around and i immediately start having anxiety knowing April 15 th is coming and I have to get everything ready for our tax preparer . Hope you're all feeling better my dad gave my mum a bad cold luckily I've managed so keep clear of it so far from them when I saw them I agree I've been selling so many clothes and bags etc to clear my space after getting my new bed with storage especially want to keep it near and only what I use never tried elemis but I still love the body shop face masks I heard you recommend years ago now the coffee one especially! 👏😄💖
