That woman at the start, it's honestly embarrassing claiming she's natural, just absolutely embarrassing. If she has entered natural bodybuilding contests and won then I suppose she has to deny it. Think I have a new favorite OE Fitness line.
That last clip happens all the time at my gym. People use a bench as a seat between sets, but dont use it for the actual set or like in the video, they just use it as a table.
I don't see a problem with that unless the gym is crowded.

Agree. On another note, even if she juiced 10 or 15 years ago and hasn't juiced since, she's still not natural. I think she's been lying for so long that she's afraid to come out and tell the truth. If she could do it all over again, I wonder if she would have just said, "yeah, I juiced, or yeah, I'm juicing". We can only speculate. My guess is not the latter though.

Watching these videos, and others, I realized that when you arch your back, while doing benches (to this extreme degree)... if the lifter fails, the weight has nowhere to go but to the neck. So many idiots in the gym, but luckily most don't injure themselves in my company. I do remember one: this old guy (my age) went to the squat rack, and loaded young guy weights on it. I watched him unrack, and his legs went in every direction (think cooked noodles)... He hobbled out of the gym. Have you ever sprained a ankle? Imaging spraining both. In this case he sprained both his legs.
Yeh someone died recently didn't they lifting like that. Could get it off themselves as I think they had something under them to arch their back

While shes obviously not natty shes right in this clip, slow controlled reps are scientifically proven to be way more effective for muscle hypertrophy since with doing fast reps the momentum does half the work for you. Theres a reason many people do fast reps: Its easier due to momentum so you can do more reps so you feel better. Youll still build, but its harder on the joints and takes longer/more sets.
