What actually is the benefits of gated and guarded community? Gated & guarded community provides you with a more comfortable lifestyle, but that’s where the high maintenance cost comes into play. Hence the argument between gated and guarded community and the cost. The maintenance fee for a gated and guarded community is high, as the cost to maintain the surrounding is high too. The strict security reflects on the safer space of living, but with that, it could be argued with excess for visitor, whereby both parties between the owners and visitor, have to undergo a tougher process before entering the owner units.
To add on, the gated and guarded community only has 1 excess, where the security guards is located. The entire community should be fenced too, in order to provide the owners a safer environment to stay in. That’s the difference between gated and guarded community, with normal landed house.
