7805 is Series regulator...hence its having very high losses. . it would much better if used a Buck-Boost circuit. even you could be charge with mobile charger.

Its depend on ampere... If your charger is 12V 1Amp then it will charged this power bank in 4-5 hours, if its 12v 2Amp then it will be charged in 3-4 hours.

using 7805 you can get the desired voltage. but you loose some wattages as heat. so if your power bank claims to deliver 10000mah, practically you can't get more than 6000 mah.

You forgot to put a small electrolytic capacitor in secondary side of IC 7805. When max current flows through IC7805 due to heat it creates some AC Pulses so those AC Pulses needs to block

Your project is highly unsafe.
No maximum discharge protection, No minimum voltage limits, No battery management system will surely result in fire once all cells battery's voltage becomes uneven.
Also 7805 voltage regulator will never output 1Amp forget 2Amps 🤣.
You Also have positioned the voltage regulator so close to the battery, once the voltage regulator get's hot, that heat will surely damage the cells - resulting in battery heating to a very high temperature.
