Hi sir, Is joining EY a good decision or not for a software engineer with 6 years of experience? I have offer from Infosys also with 1lac more CTC with variable pay.
Consulting company does not include variable pay in ctc so pls check whether ctc of ey include variable or its separate. If it's separate then join ey or else join infosys .one more idea is tell ey that u have offer from infosys an negotiate with them.if they agree to pay more go ey else infosys.point is join where take home Is more.:-)

Himansu all companies are good .offer from those companies mean u r technically good.as u tell Harman and ihs Markit offering high so do one thing except except Harman tell all company that u have offer so increase ctc .if they increase join them else join harman:-)

Capgemini giving python Django web development , you have to work in client location GE healthcare in 5 days you comes office. where as EY India giving Python with Aws DevOps ,you have to work in hybrid model. Which one is better for carrier growth ,worklife balance and job sicurity porpose.Please give me some valuable suggestion.

I would suggest full time MBA...if u don't have option then do online mbA
